1. What we collect
- Account information: your name, email and organization, provided when you sign up.
- Store information from Amazon (with your authorization): listings, prices, inventory, fees and order-level sales information needed for our features. We do not request buyer personal information such as names, shipping addresses, phone numbers or emails.
- Information you enter: costs, supplier information, rules and settings.
- Usage and security logs: actions taken in the service, including an audit log of changes.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the service to you: evaluate products against your rules, calculate profit, prepare and apply changes you approve, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Amazon data
Information obtained from Amazon is used only to provide the service to the seller who authorized it, in line with Amazon's Acceptable Use and Data Protection policies. It is never shared with other customers.
Optional store services you turn on read only what they need: your seller performance report, your seller feedback (rating, comment, date and order number; the rater's e-mail is discarded), and financial events for claims, chargebacks, refunds and reimbursements. Text you paste for a draft (a buyer message or a claim) is stored with the draft in your account. We do not request buyer names, addresses or phone numbers.
4. Network intelligence (optional)
If you separately opt in, anonymous risk signals (for example, that a product had a price-error or intellectual-property flag) may be combined with signals from other stores. These signals never identify you or your store, are shown only when enough independent stores report the same signal, and you can withdraw at any time.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host and operate the service for us (such as cloud hosting and sign-in providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. After you close your account or revoke Amazon access, we delete Amazon-derived data within 30 days, except audit records we must keep for security or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
7. Security
See our Security page.
8. Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your information, and revoke Amazon authorization in Seller Central at any time.
