Trial and billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free. A card is required to start. The trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends, and we remind you before it does.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, online, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Will I be reminded before I'm charged?
Yes. We remind you before the trial ends and before any renewal.
Monthly or yearly?
Both renew automatically until cancelled. Yearly costs less: Operator is $1,499 a year instead of $2,388 paid monthly, and Pro is $2,499 instead of $3,588.
Is an AI assistant subscription included?
No. If you use your own AI assistant with Store AI Operator, its subscription is billed separately by its provider.
Do you take a share of my sales?
No. You pay the plan price only. Amazon's own seller fees are separate and paid to Amazon.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Contact support@storeaioperator.com and we'll move you to the plan that fits.
